Silas Junior - Cantor e Compositor

 

  Silas Junior nasceu no Rio de Janeiro/Brasil, e hoje mora em Port St Lucie, FL, U.S. Sua experiência musical começou cedo. Com apenas 16 anos de idade começou congregando na Igreja Metodista da Barra da Tijuca/RJ, apoiado por seus pais e acreditando que o Espírito Santo tinha um grande projeto para sua vida, Silas Junior tocava e cantava louvores a Deus. Iniciou-se então o seu ministério. Sua dedicação à obra tornou-o um adorador do Senhor, pregando o Evangelho em forma de cânticos de adoração e louvor, testemunhando curas, libertação e salvação em nome do Senhor Jesus. Aos vinte anos, já era conhecido no meio gospel. Recebia inúmeros convites de outras igrejas como Assembleia de Deus, Comunidade Batista, Igreja Batista, Igreja Reviver em Cristo, entre outras. Sua carreira musical estava só iniciando. Precisava se aprimorar. Matriculou-se no Centro Ian Guest de Aperfeiçoamento Musical (CIGAN), onde cursou teoria musical, piano e percepção musical. Seu crescente desempenho proporcionou-lhe contatos importantes. Tocou e cantou com alguns adoradores conhecidos no meio gospel, entre eles, Val Martins, Ludmila Ferber, Baby do Brasil e outros. Mas Deus ainda tinha mais para Silas Junior. Deu-lhe mais um dom que o conquistou de vez. Começou a compor letras e músicas dos mais diversos estilos e temas. Não demorou muito para ser reconhecido como excelente compositor e regozijar-se com os frutos de seu novo ministério. Em 2006, Aline Barros ganhou seu segundo Grammy no 7th Latin GRAMMY com o disco Aline Barros & Cia, o único infantil na categoria Melhor Álbum de Música Cristã (Língua Portuguesa). Neste álbum, Silas Junior teve uma participação importantíssima assinando duas músicas, “Pula Pula” e “Chuá Chuá”. Logo em seguida, no Álbum Aline Barros & Cia 2, a música “Dona Mentirinha”. Muitos outros abençoados intérpretes gravaram também suas músicas, entre eles, Pamela, Cristina Mel, Crhis Duran, Promisses, Os Arrebatados, Ministério Águas Vivas e outros. Em uma de suas entrevistas, Silas Junior registrou que “o Espírito Santo é o maior e melhor compositor que a música conheceu, eu sou apenas um instrumento ". Silas Junior.

Silas Junior was born in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil, and today, he now lives in Port St Lucie, FL, U.S. His musical experience began at an early age. But God still had more for Silas Junior.
